Congratulations to Kanesan & Nalini

Again, I was supposed to work on my writing and then... I just couldn't resist but went to cover this colorful and sweet event last Friday with Pat -- wedding ceremony of Kanesan & Nalini from Labuan. Special thanks to Mauhorng Studio for being a referrer of my photography services to Kanesan.

The ceremony held at Waterfall Temple at Penang. It is situated on top of a hill where you need to climb countless stairs (...it really tested Pat and my stamina.. plus we were empty stomach at this earlier 7am morning..) Well, the sunrise scenery there really worth your every single sweat. It was so beautiful and calm with the morning breeze.

Another note is that, thanks Pat for changing his shift to come over for this event. He was great in snapping numerous candid shots of the day! Kudos to him! ALSO... thanks Big3 for waking me and sending me to Island... poor him, he got to enter office SO early because of me...

Homemade Pizza

Last weekend, we wanted to try out a simple experiment to make our own pizza. The main ingredients for the pizza dough are fine flour, baking powder and plain water.

Then, we add our pizza toppings that consist of ham, sausages, red & yellow capcicum, button mushroom and tuna fish. On top of that, we added a lot of shredded mozzarella cheese :D (Too much cheese till it covered all "colorful" toping.. hehe)

We put it into the oven at 200C for 20minutes... 

The pizza thin crust was pretty hard. May be we missed out some ingredient to make the crust a bit softer. Other than that, it was delicious ... hehe ... Yum Yum ...

Once a while, making your own food does gives you satisfaction especially when you have someone to share with :D

Alright, that is from me this time. The picture sure is making me hungry ... hohoho...

Thankful!

Today was just another usual day where I got in office early and had my light breakfast in front of my cube.


Surprise me today is that Canon Facebook featured my submission of photo for July entry. At first, I was indecisive on the photo selection but looks like my choice isn't that bad. :P

Anyway, thanks for giving a chance! There is still a long path to go for me to develop better skill.

Dessert...

Since it is a long weekend, we decided to tour around Georgetown areas to look for a nice spot for our photo-shooting! This is sort of our DIY project together :D


We visited Edelweiss Cafe (one of the Swiss restaurant in Georgetown) which is in one of our venue list and.. grab some hi-tea time with their delicious soup and dessert.

Here is the plain apple flan. It is just simple yet taste great. Kind of apple cheese cake without the cheesiness of it. It is very creamy and yet filling. Yummy!!

The brownie in Edelweiss Cafe is absolutely delicious. Guess what, Lil' bird got on hold of this plate right after i took a small bite of it... That proves that the brownie tastes great! *wink* *wink*. The brownie has a very rich chocolate taste and just enough sweetness to compliment the slight bitterness of chocolate. Nice!! We recommend to everyone to try this brownie and also the apple flan :D

BigTree can't wait to eat this chocolate brownie before I could snap this picture!!

Wedding in May

To many, it was an ordinary Sunday morning. For me, the usual Sunday will be mostly going out to jog with BigTree at Mengkuang Dam and have our favorite soup noodle at BM market after a walk.

But this particular Sunday was definitely a meaningful one not only for Fione & Xion Fong but everyone  who attended the Wedding. (Well, this was last min invitation and thanks to Chiao Woei and his girl friend for making all the arrangement. YY and Jean you guys are cool.)

I've never seen such a jovial parents and friends in front of camera..and I just feel warm every time when i am looking at the picture..and yeah..despite the weather is pretty warm too currently

Hence, I would like to thanks everyone who has make this photog activity happened.
